1. Eligibility & account registration

You may use ListBeam only if you have the legal capacity to form a contract in your jurisdiction. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Use of the Service

ListBeam lets you create, manage, import, and share checklists, templates, and related content. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share, including verifying that it is complete, accurate, and appropriate for your use-case.

Some features use third-party AI models to generate suggestions. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You must review all AI output before relying on it for business, legal, immigration, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• use ListBeam for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities;
• send spam, unsolicited messages, or abusive content through the Service;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload to ListBeam (“Customer Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

The ListBeam platform, including its design, features, and underlying software, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains our property or the property of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service except as allowed by these Terms.

5. Third-party services

ListBeam relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, databases, authentication, and AI model providers) to deliver the Service. Your use of those underlying services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

6. Service availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but uptime is not guaranteed. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time. If we make material changes that significantly affect your use of the Service, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

7. Termination

You may stop using ListBeam at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Where reasonable, we will attempt to provide notice before termination.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your particular purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. If the changes are material, we may also provide additional notice (for example, by email or in-app message). Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
