We know you use ListBeam to collect important information. This page explains, at a high level, how we keep that data private and secure.
Data privacy
Your workspace is private to you and the collaborators you explicitly invite. We do not sell your data, and we do not share the contents of your checklists with advertisers.
Storage & access
Data is stored in a modern cloud database environment with access restricted to the systems and processes required to run ListBeam. Administrative access is kept to a minimum and used only for support, security, or maintenance.
Encryption & transport
Connections to ListBeam use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS). We follow widely accepted security practices when handling credentials and authentication tokens.
AI providers
Some features send portions of your content to third-party AI providers so they can generate list suggestions. These providers process the data only to return AI output to your workspace. We aim to configure them so that your content is not used to train unrelated models, where such options are available.
Backups & reliability
We rely on managed cloud infrastructure with regular backups and monitoring so that your data remains available and recoverable in the event of hardware failures.
Responsible use
While we work to follow industry best practices, no online service can be perfectly secure. You should avoid storing more personal or sensitive information than necessary and review our Privacy Policy for more detail on how data is handled.
